Why is there a line over the neck of Lutari?

I mean, it’s not there when it’s bigger, but when they’re scaled down, it’s ALWAYS THERE.

It annoys me to no end.

Where their chin ends… probably to detail it so people realize ‘hey, that’s the chin of the lutari.’  Kind of separating head from body I suppose..
